Dr. Schalch Lepe earned his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) School of Medicine in Mexico City. He then completed his residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at UC Irvine Medical Center, UC Irvine School of Medicine.
He is board-certified in Otolaryngology and also holds subspecialty certification in Sleep Medicine from the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS). He is recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
